Any suggestions on how to track down the text size issue?

My text in the html editor is really small. I've been looking through the css, and it looks like you've made your namespace such that there shouldn't be any conflicts.

Any suggestions about how to track this down?

Yep, simply remove 'font-size: 99%' in select, input, textarea {...} in your fonts.css and I think it will be OK (tested with FF + Firebug).
