It works well for me in IE7...

Can you tell more information about incompatibilities with your browser? may be some screenshots or JavaScript debug console messages...

The incompatibilities that I have follows:

Postby marciabaracaldo on Tue Oct 30, 2007 6:57 pm

First of all, when I try to type the screen of the editor goes light blue and I can't see what I typed till I stopped typing.

Secondly, the right links for paraghrafs are so small that I can't read, and only one dropdown opens the containers the classes doesn't work nor even open...

Can you help me please????

I am already very thankful

 :)

It seems like some JS libraries are not loaded.
First of all check examples provided with original script. are they work well?
Then check JavaScript console for errors. If you can provide an url where you use wymeditor I can check them for you.

The same problem with ie7. Works correctly with firefox and ie6 but text don't display when you write...it displays a few seconds later on ie7.

Only this dos errors with css on firefox javascript console:

Error: Error property 'min-height'.
wymeditor/iframe/default/wymiframe.css
Line: 52

Error: Error property 'display'.
wymeditor/skins/default/screen.css
Line: 126

This error seems to be related with some hover property: if you puts the mouse over the iframe text is displayed.

It works!!!...

The problem was a bad doctype.

Coding this doctype any problem with ie7:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
