image uploads?

I read on a page some time ago about WYMeditor, the comment was something like

FCKeditor lacked and that WYMeditor was the answer

I can't seem to understand how it's possible that WYMeditor can be the answer when there are no file/image upload or even image resizing options?
I may have missed that part in the readme file or maybe it's not included.

So can WYMeditor upload images and or upload files?
