Horizontal delimiter in wymeditor

Hi all!
I want to separate announcement from article in wymeditor with horizontal line. To this effect i have tried to insert <hr> tag with the insert method of jqGrid. But in this case if cursor was in the paragraph, after horizontal line the empty paragraph was added. By the paragraph I mean the text between <p> tags.
How i can to insert horizontal separator into wymeditor without described above unwanted effects? Or how i can to separate an initial part of article in wymeditor with another way?

Hi!

Separating the content with an horizontal line doesn't feel too rock solid. Have you considered simply using separate input fields for the announcement and the rest of the article?
