Bug: Insert_* (Safari 4)

In Safari 4, when you insert an image/link/whatever, if you hit return, it submits the form as opposed to running the click action on submit. Doesn't seem to be a problem with FF3.

I don't thinks this has been an issue in earlier versions of Safari, and I'm currently unable to verify this issue (I've got no access to any Safari/WebKit-based browser). Do you have any idea why this is happening?
I've opened a ticket for you - but in the future, please post any bugs you may find on the bug tracker instead of in the support forum.
