replace initial html contents on body click

Hello,

If I do not start the editor out with a sample paragraph then it does not work bc it does not have a container tag.

So seeing that I have to set the editor's html attribute to something that contains a paragraph.

How do I remove this sample html when the user clicks on the box.

It would be just like in a text input when a user focuses on the input and the value attribute gets replaced.

Also, it would have to be done only once, just the first time that the user click on the body.

The I can replace the body html but that does not put the cursor where I need it to.

So maybe you could just let me know which methods I need to focus on.

Any help you could give me in this area would be greatly appreciated.
