Access is Denied?

Hi,

Apologies if this has been addressed before, but I am short on time to resolve an issue that has suddenly caused me a problem.

My customer was previously using Openwysiwyg, but in order to bring his site up to XHTML W3C compliance, I advised him to stop using that editor and switch to a true XHTML editor. He agreed to this and I went ahead to research a product.

I downloaded and like WYMeditor, so installed it on his development server. All was going well and a switchover was scheduled for tomorrow until we realised that his secretary who only uses IE8 gets an Access is Denied warning and the WYMeditor window just shows :

The webpage cannot be found
HTTP 404

Any ideas on what might be the problem here?

I'd like to get it resolved tonight so that the migration can still go ahead tomorrow.
