Messed link creation

Hey! Thx for developing such an amazing WYSIWYM editor, very easy to implement and customize and works really smooth.
I'm just having this problem: In some Chrome and Explorer versions, under Windows (sorry, that's all the info i have :S), link creation fails and instead of tagging the original text, the text is replaced by wym-1282473463214 (the numbers change everytime).
i tried usind jQuery 1.3.2 and 1.2.6, still no luck. Redownloaded the last stable version of wymeditor, no luck neither.

Any idea?
