A simple "resizable" plugin for WYMeditor

Postby peschler on Sun Apr 13, 2008 10:45 pm

Hi,

I have written a little "resizable" plugin for WYMeditor which enables vertical resizing of the editor area.
It works with the latest trunk version.
You can find more information and download links here:

Hope you like it.

Hi,

I just tested the plugin (with rev 484), and it works fine. Well done!
I'll of course include it in the plugins directory.

Is a horizontal + vertical version of the plugin technically possible?

Thanks,

That would be really nice:)

Thanks,

Of course. In fact I deactivated horizontal resizing because didn't need it.
I will look into making the plugin more configurable and post my results here.

A new version of the "resizable" plugin which now supports horizontal and vertical resizing (and more) is available at:
http://pyjax.net/blog/1/2008/04/13/resi ... wymeditor/

From the changelog:
* Added full support for all jQuery UI resizable plugin options.
* Refactored and documented code.
* Now contains a packed version (775 bytes).

hope you like it.
