I'v looked in the English language file but I couldn't find the word "summary" at all.
Do you sure this word exists?

I'v also downloaded the WYMeditor again, in case that I'v mistakenly deleted the word "summary", but again I didn't find this word...

I was meaning the current language files from the trunk.
The word 'summary' has been added in r508, so after the latest release, that's why it doesn't appear in the package.
If you're not used to SVN and Trac, please download the he.js translation file and upload the updated file here.
