it is a pitty for me to find that there is no ja.js lang file for good editor like this. I made it, as following.
if this is the right place to post it. Please let me know where to post.

I'll include this ASAP. I have one question though, "太字" and "イタリック体" translates to "bold" and "italic" instead of "strong [emphasis]" and "emphasis", are there no better translations?

That's right. Usually html <strong> and <em> tags are called same word "強調" in Japanese. So, i thought they are easy to understand.
But i found <strong> and <em> tags does not always mean "bold" and "italic" respectively. i changed the translations.

Anyway i've changed 5 words
1)Strong: '強調<strong>',
2)Emphasis: '強調<em>',
3)Indent: 'インデントを増やす',
4)Outdent: 'インデントを減らす',
above 4 words to be easily understandable
5) Choose: '選択',
i mistaked it as close!
