Containers in the tool list

I want to add the content within my containers and styles area, in the top area inside the tools list li elements. Is there a way to do this?
I want that part to look more like tinymce and the wordpress implementation.

So yeah, a drop down right along side the other tool buttons across the top. Any ideas?
