Headline elements

i tried to add a class for headline elements:

Code: Select all
/* H1-6: Cleared */
.cleared h1,
.cleared h2,
.cleared h3,
.cleared h4,
.cleared h5,
.cleared h6 {
  clear: both;
  /* clear: both; border-top: 1px solid #666666; */

It works with ".cleared p", but styling headline tags (h1-h6) doesn't work. Is there any possibily to style headline tags?

Hello Hatachy and welcome to the WYMeditor forum!

Have you tried to write a rule that only applies to one of the different headlines? I don't know how the css parser handles multiple selectors, as I've never worked on it.

You could also try to manipulate the editorStyles variable directly, see the trac wiki for more information: ... itorStyles

Thanks ;)

Yes I tried to write a single tag css rules. Same result.

"Manipulating the editor style"?
I want to add a css class to a headline. Manipulating the editor style will only change the visual representation in editing mode - and: always.

That wont solve the problem, when I'm right. Another idea?

Hi again!

The editorStyles is a variable that holds all the classes you can apply to your content, please take a look at the wiki link i provided for more information.
